Instructions

Flash can be enabled with a group policy through Active Directory by disabling
the “Click-to-Run setting.” Edge policies can be downloaded from Microsoft at
the following link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55080

1.On the Domain Controller, navigate to:
Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Microsoft Edge > Configure the Adobe Flash Click-to-Run setting

2.Select Disabled.

3.Click OK.
